How To Download An Organization Invoice

To download an organization invoice, simply:

  1. After logging into the Gento app
  2. Click on the Organization Invoices tab on the left side of your screen
  3. You can choose to download all the invoices by clicking Download All PDF Invoices, or you can download them individually by clicking Download Selected PDF Invoices.
  4. To view the invoice, simply click on the Invoice Number and that will redirect you to the proper screen.

How To Check Collaboration Notes

To check for collaboration notes: 

  1. After logging into the Gento app
  2. Click on the Service Request tab on the left side of your screen
  3. From here, type the name of the patient into the search bar
  4. In this case, we’re going to use the name Fake Person.
  5. Now, above the three-month calendar and to the right, you’ll see the Clinical Team Collaboration Notes Tab. Click it.
  6. Here you’re going to see all the messages from the case coordinators and other Gento staff regarding the patient. 

How To Download A Communication Note

To download a communication note:

  1. After logging into the Gento app
  2. Click on the Service Request tab on the left side of your screen
  3. From here, type the name of the patient into the search bar. In this case, we’re going to use the name Fake Person.
  4. Below the three-month calendar, you’ll see communication notes and to the right of that, the Print Notes tab in blue. Click it, and the system will automatically download a PDF version on the file.

Boom! Easy day, right!

How To Download A Patient Note

To download a patient note:

  1. After logging into the Gento app
  2. Click on the Service Request tab on the left side of your screen.
  3. From here, type the name of the patient into the search bar. In this case, we’re going to use the name Fake Person.
  4. Below the three-month calendar, you’ll see a red tab Print All Notes. If click, the system will download all the patient notes in an associate with this episode in a PDF version.
  5. If you’re looking for a single note, scroll down to the patient visit and to the right, a Print Notes tab in blue. Click it, and the system will automatically download a PDF version on the file. 

How To Search For A Patient

To search for a patient:

  1. After logging into the Gento app
  2. Click on the Service Request tab on the left side of your screen.
  3. From here, type the name of the patient into the search bar. In this case, we’re going to use the name Fake Person. 

There you go!

How To Message A Clinician (2 Ways)

To message a clinician:

  1. After logging into Gento
  2. Click on the Messages tab on the left side of your screen
  3. Search for the clinician’s name and then the patient it’s regarding
  4. Type your message and click send

Now, there’s another way to do it.

  1. Click on the Service Request tab on the left side of your screen
  2. Click on the patient’s name
  3. Click on the Clinical Team Collaboration Notes tab.
  4. Type your message, then click add
